More Crazy Week

After coming home from Austin Monday night, we had Laurie's 18th month well check Tuesday morning. Our little Girl has GROWN! She is now 33 1/2 inches long (90%) and 26 lbs 6 oz (75%). At 1 year, she was sitting at 50% for height. We were a little concerned she would be our "shrimpy" child, since the other two have always been above 90% in height. I was so surprised at her growth. Now she is exactly the same height as Ashley and 1/2 inch shorter than Daniel at this age. Ashley weighed just 3 oz less and Daniel weighed 8 oz more. It's amazing they are all 3 tracking so similar. Can you believe that I could end up with 3 tall kids?

Laurie still has her heart murmer, so the Dr gave us another prescription for an EKG (since I didn't have it done last year). And she noticed a small bulge above Laurie's belly button. The Dr. suggested we keep an eye on it. And of course, our beautiful baby is doing well with everything else.

After the well check, I took Daniel (he didn't go to school) and Laurie over to Leah's so I could go volunteer for several hours at Ashley's school.

Wednesday, Daniel went to school since it was only a half day. He did really well and enjoyed being back with his friends after his surgery. And it was "Go Texan" day. Didn't he look cute!

After that, the week basically got back to normal. Daniel stayed home on Thursday because he was up in the middle of the night with his throat hurting, but Ashley had soccer and dance, and they both went to swim lessons on Friday.
