Familiar Sight

This is a very familiar sight in our house, almost nightly. After the kids go to bed, Brian retires to his office and works late into the night. What is difficult to see in the picture is that he is almost in the dark, with only his little desk light and his big monitors illuminating the room. I bought him a floor lamp, but he says he likes it this way.

Brian used to work late at the office several day a week, but now comes home for dinner every night, runs, plays with the kids, goes to soccer practice, etc and then works late into the evening here at the house. It is a sacrifice that the kids and I really appreciate. We see him so much more now than before and enjoy every moment of it. Thank you honey. We love you.
