They were still awake when we got home tonight at 10 p.m. from Nana and Papa's to put out the cookies and milk. Poor Birdie fell asleep before we backed out of their driveway.
There was a debate about how many cookies Santa needed so he could get sufficiently "large". Let's just say Daddy did some quick math on how many children there were in the world who were all putting out cookies tonight and that was more than enough for Santa. So, they finally settled on one cookie for each of the kids.
