Daniel started his Spring Soccer season yesterday with a GREAT Game! First, our boy is the happiest kid in the world when he is on that field. He has stopped running with a big grin (now his tongue kinda sticks out), but the moment they stop running, he is smiling ear to ear. And second, he is really fast. I was really impressed that he could turn up the speed when I already thought he was going fast. As great as he did last season, we were surprised to see him exhibit new ball handling skills (for a 5 yr old) in this game. He managed to stop the ball with his body, stop and change the direction of the ball, and fight to keep the ball in bounds. What a great start to the season! Did I mention that he scored 7 goals?
