It's Thursday, so it must be time for a Small Success list.
1. I kept my cool while the rain was pouring on Saturday and we discovered 2 leaks in the house. It could have really ruined my weekend or week, but so far, I have a quote for one leak and the builder has already been out working on the second. Let's hope it continues to go smoothly until all is fixed.
2. Rather than waiting for my husband to find the time to hang a new blind in Laurie's little playroom window, I did it myself. I realize it's not that hard, but that is typically the type of thing that Brian handles for me.
3. My ego survived intact during my first filling last Thursday. It did take a bruising to discover that after 35 years, I had my first ever cavity. I've taken great pride in the fact that I've never had dental problems (orthodontia not counting), and now I'm just like everyone else. And, I have to admit that I did whine a little about the whole filling process.

I am humbled often at the dentist. I've had a few, despite being really good (I thought) with me teeth. Something about teeth, etc seems to make us feel so humbled when something is found!
I hope your weekend is great, and thanks for sharing. You inspire me!
