She is now 7 months old! The birdie is not only crawling and standing, but getting into everything. She will follow us around the house, climb into the cabinets, the pantry and even pull my photo albums and scrapbooks off bookshelves. There have been a few times when I have lost her, well, turned around in the house and she is gone. She crawls really fast and can get into another room quickly. Birdie also has found her voice finally. She talks very loudly to get your attention or just to hear herself.
Friday, while in the lobby of The Little Gym, she was crawling over to play with one of her little friends. She pulled up on his car seat and started "talking" to him. She sounded very demanding. Kai, who is 10 mo., scrunched up his little face, listened a few more minutes, then just started crying. His mommy, Alison, and I wondered what Laurie had said to him to upset him so badly. We think they made up because they were later chasing the same ball around the lobby together.
