Birdie is sick. She had some stomach issues on the way home from the ranch on Monday, which we attributed to lots of fruit. But it started again yesterday and more this morning. Poor baby is whiny and lethargic - totally strange for her. She fell asleep this morning watching Dora on the couch. I haven't the heart to go put her in bed and wake her up.*Update* I put her in her own bed about 10:30 where she slept for several hours, but then after waking up with more diarrhea, she proceeded to throw up all over me. YUCK! At least we were on the tile and not on carpet. Since then, she seems to feel fine. Keep your fingers crossed that she will continue to improve.
